Steve’s passion lies in helping businesses unlock new levels of growth and success. As co-founder of Growth Partners, he brings a wealth of experience, sharing battle-tested strategies to help companies build future-proof, revenue-driven roadmaps.
With a deep understanding of digital transformation, sales psychology, and applied neuroscience, Steve helps businesses create efficient, scalable, and cost-effective growth strategies. He finds his role at Growth Partners incredibly rewarding – not only for the opportunity to collaborate with an elite team but also for the ability to empower ambitious businesses to thrive in a changing world.
Keitha
Head of Operations, People and Culture
Keitha loves contributing to the remarkable work Growth Partners are doing to assist businesses to thrive in the challenging modern marketplace. Keitha’s deep-seated love of communication drives her work – a love for the sharing of skills, knowledge and understanding that benefits the listener in ways practical and applicable to their role. Keitha considers it a particular privilege to help people pass this on – when businesses with great products and services grow, they’re able to more effectively enhance the lives of their customers. Keitha is a Master Trainer in Extended DISC and is passionate about teaching others how it can be used to help people and businesses grow and succeed.

Sam has worked in digital marketing for almost 14 years, primarily within SEO and has created revenue driving SEO strategies for a number of the world’s biggest global brands including Apple, Samsung and Qantas. Customer Success Manager
Jack has wide experience in the digital marketing space, having led projects for a diverse range of businesses and government organisations. He cares deeply about the needs of the customer, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in his ability to translate complicated technical information to enhance the customer experience.
Alfonso
Senior Growth Strategist
Alfonso is an SEO Specialist with over 15 years of experience. He has worked on a wide range of projects in Europe and Australasia, bringing extensive expertise in agency roles, freelancing and client-side positions. Alfonso has successfully managed diverse SEO initiatives, from international and multilingual SEO campaigns to local SEO strategies. His portfolio includes collaborations with companies such as 3M, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, Kiwibank, Bridgestone Tyres, Mitre 10 and Bosch, driving impactful results and enhancing their digital presence.

He’s dedicated to continuous learning especially in the ever-changing SEO and digital marketing landscape.
Nichee
Digital Growth Engineer
Nichee began her digital marketing journey in 2016. Her “niche” is serving both product and service-based entrepreneurs as an Organic Marketing & SEO Strategist. She has a proven track record of driving organic traffic, improving rankings, and increasing sales. Recently, Nichee completed the Brand Management Course at the London Business School, where she honed her ability to align business strategy with branding and consumer behaviour. Much like her passion for gardening, she believes that both data and science are crucial for fostering sustainable organic growth.
