Yes. At handover you get a login to your finished website. You can read every page, click into the editor and change things. That's the point — you should know exactly what you're buying before you buy it.
$500 + GST is the whole build cost, and there is no charge for making changes afterwards. The one thing on top is ongoing hosting and security once the site is live, which is a small separate cost and is quoted to you before you go live.
Not at all. You click the thing you want to change on your own live page, type the new version, and hit save. There is no dashboard to learn, no page builder, no code. If you can send an email, you can run this site.
Yes — every change you make yourself in the editor is free, with no cap and no per-change fee. That's the whole reason the editor exists: so you never have to pay a developer to update a phone number again.
